Install yEd Graph Editor Microsoft Office Visio on Ubuntu
Download yEd Graph Editor
- download yEd Graph Editor from their official site Here
choose yEd installer script for 32-bit Linux (yEd-3.15.0.2_32-bit_setup.sh) for 32-bit Operating system or yEd installer script for 64-bit Linux (yEd-3.15.0.2_64-bit_setup.sh) for 64-bit Operating system.

Install yEd Graph Editor
- open your teminal (ctrl + alt + t).
- open your directory folder where the yEd-XXX_setup.sh file downloaded, in this case yEd-XXX_setup.sh file in downloads folder, then type this command in your terminal
~/Downloads
chmod +x yEd-XXX_setup.sh
./yEd-XXX_setup.sh
then follow the installation instructions.
now yEd Graph Editor should be installed and their files located in Home/yEd

uninstall yEd Graph Editor
to remove or uninstall yEd Graph Editor from Ubuntu, open folder installation in Home/yEd , right click choose "Open in Terminal" and type uninstall command in your terminal:
./uninstall
then follow the installation instructions.
now yEd Graph Editor should be removed from your machine.
