Linux Mint 18 “Sarah” Xfce is now available for beta testing

Linux Mint 18 “Sarah” Xfce Edition is now available for beta testing. After final released Linux Mint 18 'Sarah' Cinnamon and MATE edition while ago, now BETA release for Linux Mint 18 “Sarah” Xfce Edition is out.

Linux Mint 18 Xfce Application & Features
Linux Mint 18 features Xfce 4.12, MDM 2.0, a Linux kernel 4.4 and an Ubuntu 16.04 package base. Linux Mint 18 Xfce come with new features like X-App, New Update Manager, 'Mint-Y' theme, System & Artworks Improvements.

X-Apps, Started with "X-Apps" - a new project - to produce generic applications for traditional GTK desktop environments.
- Xed is based on Pluma and acts as the default text editor.
- Xviewer is based on Eye of GNOME and acts as the default image viewer.
- Xreader is based on Atril and acts as the default document and PDF reader.
- Xplayer is based on Totem and acts as the default media player for music and videos.
- Pix is based on gThumb, which is an application to organize your photos.

Linux Mint 18 Xfce System requirements:
- 512MB RAM (1GB recommended for a comfortable usage).
- 9GB of disk space (20GB recommended).
- Graphics card capable of 800×600 resolution (1024×768 recommended).
- DVD drive or USB port.
